For this one, I didn't make the bread flour myself but used a ready mix. But I will surely try out making the bread from scratch soon.

Recently we bought these Palmiers (elephant ears) from costco and Aditya and me loved them. We used to eat them daily with tea/milk. One of my friend, Sheetal recently had them and she immediately tried to make it. I got the recipe from her and tried it. It came out really well. I was really happy to see the results :)
Recently I had been to my friend's (Kalgi) place for dinner. She has made this delicious dish with corn. We had no concrete name, so I decided to call it as corn pithale.
